Course Intro
Welcome to our new training course! Today, we are going to talk about managing your team. After these three lessons, you’ll know everything about:
- User roles and access rights—which access rights are essential for admins, temporary staff, etc.
- Account followers—when to start and stop getting notifications without cluttering your Inbox+
- Automatically granting and revoking account access—don’t worry if you forget to assign anyone, it happens automatically
- Changes to the workflow when you add new team members
- Communication inside the team—job comments, account notes, sharing internal documentation
- @Mentions—keep colleagues in the loop and communicate with clients simultaneously
It seems like this course is much easier than the workflow automation courses. We strongly recommend that you check them if you haven’t yet.
