We have designed the course in a beginner-friendly way to allow every TaxDome user to master the communication processes gradually. However, if you know how communication works in TaxDome, feel free to dig into specific topics you need and skip the rest of the course. Each lesson is an independent part of the learning curve.
So, in this course, you will explore the TaxDome communication ecosystem. We will start with communication essentials and one-way communication methods — a straight line from sender to receiver. It serves to inform, persuade or command. It is presented by:
- Automated notifications via portal and email. They will go to clients each time you request something from them
- Additional notifications (reminders). They will go to clients when they don't respond within a time frame
Then, we will explore two-way communication methods. These always include feedback from the receiver to the sender:
- Secure chats. They are in-app messages with document uploads and easy-to-follow checklists for your clients
- Email (not a common one). It allows you to take advantage of a shared inbox for each of your clients
- SMS. You can send SMS to your clients right from your portal and see their replies
