Before you start

Communication is an essential part of an accountant's job. You always need to gather information and request documents, scans, etc. With TaxDome, you can communicate in different ways, using one-way or two-way communication. Of course, you can automate all communication processes and save time!

We have designed the course in a beginner-friendly way to allow every TaxDome user to master the communication processes gradually. So, in this course, you will explore the TaxDome communication ecosystem. We will start with communication essentials and one-way communication methods — a straight line from sender to receiver. It serves to inform, persuade or command. It is presented by:

  • Automated notifications via portal and email. They will go to clients each time you request something from them
  • Additional notifications (reminders). They will go to clients when they don't respond within a time frame
