Lesson 1: Syncing your email with TaxDome

Before you can send and receive emails, you should prepare your account for it by syncing your email with TaxDome.

You can sync any email provider with TaxDome for complete transparency of every client interaction across your team. Let's explore it in detail:


Now, TaxDome knows which email address to use for synchronization. From this moment, you can skip your mail app and correspond with your clients right from the Email tab. You can find your old and new letters there as well. Just don't forget to enable email sync for all the clients you need. Isn't that convenient?

By default, the maximum number of emails each team member can send daily is 400. If you know that your email service provider allows you to send more or fewer emails than that, you can customize the limit in the Sending limit section of Settings > Firm settings. 

The best practice is to keep the limit to 100 emails less than your service provider limit.
